Thanks, for the memories

WOW..... I've received an incredible amount of supportive responses.

I initially did not tell everyone I was going to do this, as I saw a few people's reactions early on, and some were quite negative. However, since I was determined to do it, I just decided to "Just Do It", and then tell the world.

I Emailed just about everyone I had an Email for, and got responses from people I see often, and those I rarely, if ever, see. Some I had not even really communicated with much lately, so I really appreciated their support, prayers and well-wishes. Thanks all !

I'm gaining my independence from food....so Happy 4th Of July to all !!!!
